Thank you for purchasing our physical book. Please note the following policy regarding returns and refunds:

Non-Returnable
All physical book purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been processed and delivered.

No Refunds
Refunds are not applicable to physical book purchases, except in cases where the product is damaged or defective upon arrival 

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective book, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

To request a replacement, email us at insideout.shreya@gmail.com with your order details and clear photos of the damaged/defective item. Replacements will be processed only if the issue is reported within the specified timeframe.

Shipping Responsibility
We ensure that all books are carefully inspected and packaged before shipping. Any issues caused during shipping must be addressed with the courier service.

- All orders are processed within *2-3 business days* after payment confirmation. 
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.  

 *Shipping Options & Delivery Times* 
- We offer the following shipping options: 
  - *Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within **5-7 business days*.   

 *Shipping Charges* 
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary based on your location and selected shipping method.  

 *Order Tracking* 
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.  

 *Shipping Areas* 
- We currently ship within *India Only*. 
 

 *Incorrect Shipping Information* 
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. 
- We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.  

*Lost or Damaged Packages* 
- We take great care in packaging your book to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, if your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within *7 days* of delivery with your order details and a photo of the damage. 
- For lost shipments, we will work with the courier service to resolve the issue.  

*Delays* 
- Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen delays such as weather, customs processing, or other courier-related issues.
